בול היסטורי מרתק מתקופת הרפובליקה הסובייטית הסוציאליסטית של גאורגיה (Georgian SSR) משנת 1922. הבול המקורי מודפס בצבע אדום ומציג מסגרת עיטורים מקלעת מסורתית. בחלקו העליון מופיעים ראשי התיבות "ს.ს.ს.რ." (ס.ס.ס.ר. בכתב גאורגי), ובמרכז סמל הפטיש והמגל עם כוכב מחומש. על גבי הבול הוטבע הדפס רכב (Overprint) בולט בצבע שחור בכתב גאורגי: "დამშეულთა სასარგებლოდ 3000 მან." – שמשמעותו "למען הרעבים, 3000 מנתי (רובל)". בול זה הונפק כבול צדקה (Semi-postal) לגיוס כספים למען נפגעי הרעב, על רקע ההיפר-אינפלציה הקשה ששררה בקווקז באותה עת. מצב: הבול משונן (שינון גס) וללא דבק מאחור (No gum). הנייר מחוספס ומציג התיישנות טבעית וגוון צהבהב-חום (כפי שניתן לראות בתמונות). פריט בעל ערך היסטורי רב לאספנים.

Description (English): A fascinating historical vintage stamp from the Georgian Soviet Socialist Republic (Georgian SSR), issued in 1922. The red base stamp features a traditional interlaced border design, with the Georgian initials "ს.ს.ს.რ." (S.S.S.R.) at the top, and the hammer and sickle emblem with a star in the center. The stamp bears a prominent black overprint in Georgian script reading: "დამშეულთა სასარგებლოდ 3000 მან." which translates to "For the benefit of the starving, 3000 Maneti (Rubles)." This semi-postal surcharge was issued to raise relief funds during the severe famine and hyperinflation period in the Transcaucasian region. Condition: The stamp is perforated (rough perforation) and has no gum on the reverse. The coarse paper shows natural age-related toning, as seen in the photos. A historically significant piece for any philatelic collection.
