FINE-COLLECT ships collectible coins, banknotes and medals worldwide from Israel.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Items are sent by registered, tracked airmail (Israel Post) or courier.
Shipping options & rates
- Express Air Mail (up to 2 kg) — tracked; estimated delivery up to 14 business days.
- EMS Express Courier — faster tracked courier; estimated delivery 5–8 business days.
- Orders over 2 kg: shipping is quoted separately at the actual carrier cost — please contact us at info@fine-collect.com before ordering.
Rates are charged in Israeli New Shekels (ILS); amounts shown in your currency are approximate. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Import duties, taxes & customs fees — customer responsibility
Our prices and shipping charges do NOT include import duties, taxes (VAT/GST/HST) or customs clearance and handling fees. We ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. As the importer, you are solely responsible for any such charges imposed by the destination country. They are collected by the carrier or customs at or before delivery and may include a carrier handling fee. We cannot predict or control these amounts.
- USA: As of 29 August 2025 the previous $800 duty-free de minimis allowance has ended; all shipments are now subject to applicable duties, taxes and fees.
- European Union: Import VAT applies; a customs duty may also apply. Charges are collected on delivery.
- United Kingdom: Import VAT applies on orders over £135; charges are collected on delivery.
- Canada: GST/HST and any duties apply to shipments valued over CAD $20, collected by the courier or CBSA.
Customs delays
International parcels may be held by customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or damaged parcels
All shipments are tracked. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@fine-collect.com and we will assist with a carrier claim, replacement or refund.
