The obverse features a scenic view of Kibbutz Degania with cypress trees, buildings, and Lake Galilee, alongside the Hebrew inscriptions "Degania" and "Jubilee of the Kibbutz Settlement". The reverse displays the denomination "1 Israeli Lira", the year of issue, and the state name in Hebrew and Arabic.
