Refund policy
14-day right of withdrawal (all international customers)
You may cancel your purchase and return the item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we extend the same 14-day right to customers in the USA, Canada and elsewhere.
How to return
- Notify us at info@fine-collect.com within 14 days of delivery that you wish to withdraw.
- Return the item within 14 days of that notice, in its original, undamaged condition and packaging, with tracking.
Refunds
- We refund the price of the item plus the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you sent it).
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Import duties and taxes you paid are refundable only by your own customs authority, not by us (for example, in the UK via form BOR286; other countries have equivalent procedures).
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, or is materially not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including reasonable return shipping.
Condition of collectibles
Items are authentic collectibles, described and photographed in good faith; minor variations in condition or patina are inherent. Please handle items carefully during the withdrawal period, as returns must be in original condition.
