1. Commitment to Accessibility
Fine-Collect attaches great importance to providing equal service to all customers, including people with disabilities, and is working to make the website accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013 and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines at AA level.
2. What has been done on the website
An accessibility component (widget) has been installed that allows for adjustments: text enlargement, contrast, readable font, highlighting links, stopping animations, and more.
The website can be navigated using a keyboard, and uses a hierarchical heading structure and alternative text for images.
The website is adapted for right-to-left reading (Hebrew) and for display on a variety of devices.
3. Exclusions and Known Limitations
There may be pages or components (e.g., third-party content or new items) that have not yet been fully made accessible. We are working for continuous improvement, and every inquiry will be handled promptly.
