Information we collect. Name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order and delivery details, payment status (we do NOT store card numbers), and website usage data via cookies.

Why we use it & legal basis. To process, deliver and support your order (performance of a contract); to comply with tax and legal obligations (legal obligation); and, only with your consent, to send marketing.

Sharing. We share data only as needed with shipping carriers, our payment providers (for example, PayPal), and our invoicing service. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers. Data is processed in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection (EU adequacy decision).

Your rights (EU/UK GDPR). Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent; and the right to complain to your data-protection supervisory authority.

California (CCPA). California residents may request to know or delete their personal information and to opt out of its "sale"; we do not sell personal information.

Retention. We keep order records for as long as required by tax law, then delete or anonymise them.
