Where do you ship? We ship worldwide from Israel.
How long does shipping take? Tracked Express Air Mail up to 14 business days; EMS is faster (5–8 days). Times are estimates and exclude customs delays.
Is shipping tracked? Yes, every shipment has a tracking number.
Customs & taxes
Who pays import duties and taxes? Import duties, VAT and customs fees in the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping. They are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery.
- USA: all shipments are subject to duties/taxes (the $800 de minimis ended in 2025).
- EU: import VAT (and sometimes duty).
- UK: import VAT on orders over £135.
- Canada: GST/HST and duties over CAD $20.
Authenticity
Are the items authentic? Yes. Every item is genuine and described in good faith. If an item is proven non-authentic, you receive a full refund.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? PayPal and credit/debit card. Payment is charged in Israeli Shekels (ILS); prices shown in $/€/£ are approximate conversions for convenience.
